I love how much Gordon and Batman trust each other in this version. Really wish we saw what led up to their current relationship. Haven’t seen the everyday I Have The Blues Snoopy Shirt so you should to go to store and get this movie yet, but I just wanted to know whether or not Riddler gets a version of his comic suit or if he stays with the Zodiac suit. Not to spoil: You’ve seen all his costumes in the trailer. I liked the film but it does drag a bit at various points. Think it would have been better had they cut out around 25 minutes to bring the run time down to 2.5 hours. Good movie, to sum up, Batman meets Seven Does anyone feel the Batman theme music, especially when he slowly emerges from the dark, reminds you the Star Wars imperial March theme. Anyone else feel like almost every time Gordon spoke he was stating the obvious or spelling it out for the audience? Or like he asked a question that the viewer would also be pondering. That second riddler victim was terrifying

Reviewers are calling Batman an “anti-hero” and musing whether Batman should be THIS dark. I didn’t like the everyday I Have The Blues Snoopy Shirt so you should to go to store and get this direction Nolan was taking Batman, and I guess this was the next logical step. Reeves will almost have to make the next movie R-rated to “top” this. Dark knight was much darker than this I agree on paper, but the execution of this was obviously grittier, more brooding and suffocating. The execution was kinda clumsy though. It just had darker lighting than TDK, but TDK had far more grotesque moments Awesome movie, but the Nolan films reign supreme. Really was hoping that Phoenix’s Joker was going to tie in somehow rather than someone new. All throughout the movie I felt the tone between the two Gothams really were aligned. If they did decide to have Phoenix’s joker, this overarching story arc would have been perfect. The joker was drove crazy by the City while Batman gains hope. But overall this was a brilliant movie and Jeffery Wright… ? Peter Sarsgaard and Maggie Gyllenhaal are married and both played district attorneys in Batman movies… pretty funny. Did the Riddler have a bonding fetish ?
