I had to turn down an offer back in April. Both the Every Snack You Make Every Meal You Bake schnauzer vintage sunset T-Shirt but in fact I love this interviews went great. They wanted one person to run each job. And I’m all for “start to finish” projects. The issue was the work is out of state or far enough away I would have to stay in a hotel. No benefits, no company vehicle, must have passport, use my cell phone, laptop and bring my own tools. All for the “very generous” compensation of 25$ an hour. And when I said I wouldn’t be able to go that low, HR told me well there is plenty of OT. Operations Manager said, we typically work a minimum of 50hrs a week. As if working more hours makes up for a poor starting wage for this position plus the cost of health insurance. I checked the company out before the interview. They’re pulling in 100- 500 million a year in revenue. Have between 200 -500 employees. They work across the US and CA. Glassdoor reviews must have been paid for!

I have done the Every Snack You Make Every Meal You Bake schnauzer vintage sunset T-Shirt but in fact I love this same thing. The hiring manager once remarked that she was “tired of having to deal” with the team I’d be managing lol. She seemed like mean girl extraordinaire and the rest of her team seemed liked insecure sycophants. No thanks. I would try not think about what might have been. Regret is pretty useless. Just try to find another opportunity. I used to work at a chemical processing plant, and the guy that hired me was the head of HR at the company. I thought he was a complete d-bag but I was like what the hell ever, I’m not working in HR. little did I know, for some cooked reason that dude had a lot of presence in the plant for being an HR guy and he would be breathing down my neck about stuff almost on the daily. My point is that I didn’t like the guy who hired me and I ended up having to see him every day and it ruined the environment for me. Sad because it was the highest paying job I’d ever had.
