You don’t want super fancy mozzarella or too many toppings. Due to it being in Golders Green it adheres to Kosher rules so you can get any meat toppings unfortunately, and they’re closed during the Sabbath, but I recommend. Shitty vibe inside, advise not to eat there, but I can’t fault the pizza Voodoo rays, is good can be hit and miss on the reheat. NY Fold and paradise slice on brick lane were great but think they’ve both closed down. Bad boy pizza in seven dials is a good shout. In general you don’t find the same cheese stretch, most places are using mozzarella from Campania, doesn’t have the same effect as US Mozzarella and they tend to put less on in London. I’d def suggest Detroit Pizza on Commercial street if you want that cheese overload albeit in a thick square slice
