Finally, though it might cause you more grief than it is worth, you could ask them for a police incident number for the Dak Prescott Graphic Toon Dallas Cowboys Football Tee Shirt Also,I will get this alleged theft, as you may wish to discuss the issue with your travel insurance. if AirBnB holds data in regards to the booker, if they hold data/’evidence’ you have the right to rectification and the right to request that incorrect information to correct/put your point forward. Contact airbnb again, with screenshots of the host saying “I consider the matter closed” and tell them she dropped the charges. NAL, but have been through an extensive appeal process of a charge with AirBnB (although when I was in the US, so may be different). First off, if you do not want to be charged automatically, take your card off file because they will charge it directly if they continue to side with the owner. You should have the option to send the decision to appeal. The initial decision is made quickly by Airbnb processes and they essentially see what charges have merit as to how strongly people appeal them. In that appeal process you have a big box to write text – use it and put as much detail about the situation as you possibly can. You’ll receive a decision to that appeal in due course (although it can take a week in some instances). If it is not in your favour, you can appeal that decision again.

During the Dak Prescott Graphic Toon Dallas Cowboys Football Tee Shirt Also,I will get this process, I got so frustrated that I called airbnb help. They are normally easy enough to contact (and 24 hours). They can’t help directly, but they can flag to a specific team that you’re pissed/the appeal needs to be looked at specifically. Even after all that, airbnb still upheld my penalty and charged my card. However, you have an option to yet further appeal the charge; when I appealed once they had actually charged my card I had my money refunded. As an overally piece of advice for you and for anyone in this situation (or ever using Airbnb) – PLEASE ONLY EVER COMMUNICATE THROUGH THE AIRBNB APP WITH HOSTS. I was in a situation where messages through texts proved my point, but weren’t easily viewable from Airbnb support side. Hope this helps and may act as a reference point for others. TLDR though; if you don’t want to get charged, remove your card because they will auto charge you. Also try and call them up to see what they can do.
