When he saw that I had my gun while attempting to exit the apartment he tripped backward and in doing so shot me, hitting me from my upper chest near my neck all the way to my lower abdomen. Immediately once it hit me it felt like getting hit with a baseball bat that was on fire. My arm immediately seized up and I was unable to use it. I threw my AR on my bed. Due to the Adrenalin I was able to walk and talk calmly while trying directing to direct the people with me on what exactly to do. Eventually my wife realized I’m bleeding everywhere through my tshirt and around this time my breathing is starting to get labored due to one of the pellets puncturing my lung so I start walk down the apartment stairs to wait for the ambulance for what seemed to be an eternity.. eventually the ambulance showed up, I was questioned no one was ever caught, blah blah blah but I still have all the lead inside me apart from a few pieces logged into the joints of my fingers. Still have scars, messed up fingers, and visible lead to remind me to keep my nose clean. If anyone is interested I can post pictures of prior x-ray scans showing my hand with the lead inside.
