Hey can you tell me which company your find switched to? I’m in the Courage Is Not Having The Strength To Go On It Is Going On When You Don’t Have The Strength shirt and I will buy this edtech space and I’m looking to switch as well. THe entire goddamn edtech industry in india has been dead on arrival, it’s insane the stupid money VCs were burning in these shit-ass firms like byjus and all This is clear exaggeration. Though I haven’t worked in any of those, I can say salary cannot be in range of a WITCH company I am currently working in one of them and I agree with you. It’s not as bad as he/she says. The salary is pretty good for me and that too as a fresher. I work for big4 and it’s not that bad. Either you are unaware of the current trends in the job market or you are just crying wolf. I am seeing many of the chip companies in Blr are doing sweat shop work and the employees think they are some kind of geniuses. Considering chronic weak management in India many of the projects are mismanaged with horrible documentation and code quality. Edit: It’s not a race. Different jobs can be bad for different reasons. Sometimes things aren’t as comparable as you’d believe they are. Finally!! Someone said it, by and large people are chill, real problem is the product, horrible design and implementation and the pressure to perform with such a poor product at hand turns people toxic sometimes! Hardly any accountability and the arrogant management brag they have the best product in Market, ask for trainings and you will be branded incompetent! Hell-hole.

You thought you’d be getting a work life balance in goldman sachs? Its an investment bank, of course people work long ass hours It might be an investment bank but not everybody who works there is an investment banker. Investment bankers make tonnes of money for working 14-16 hours a day. People in the Courage Is Not Having The Strength To Go On It Is Going On When You Don’t Have The Strength shirt and I will buy this operations side etc don’t. The issue I mentioned isn’t just the hours it’s also the toxicity I had very bad experience in working in a shitty team of a healthcare giant (Office in EC)….. Worked there for 13 years….In the beginning all was ok….later on it started becoming extremely toxic – last 3-4 years of life I felt crap every day….End of 2021 I said tata bye bye… We suspected even an illicit relationship between my colleague and a top manager… Yes I know it is normal in corporate (or not) but this was too much…..If any one goes to this Giant – Keep your finigers crossed….They even take interviews in Hindi- if you are a tamilian – they treat you bad…. Experienced same with Tamil manager. He slept with new joiner Tamil girl, he nominated her for H1B. Me crying in the same team from last 7 years.
