I said no, but I feel this isn’t the right way to interview someone. It’s irrelevant. He then said, okay tell me what is the right way? I have 15 years of experience and you have 2 years of experience. I don’t think you’re in a position to advise me something blah blah blah. I was just frustrated because this man kept interviewing me for more than an hour with all irrelevant questions. He then said you’re qualified for next round which was Marketing round where I was given data and was supposed to create a marketing funnel I got qualified for this tooo. After some 7 rounds of Interview, I was sent home with goodies (t-shirt, Mug, Diary and Pen) and was told I’ll get called for next 2 rounds. And I did not get any calls for the next 2 weeks, at this point I was so bloody frustrated. I gave interview in Flipkart and PhonePe and got selected in both in a span of 3 days I got my offer letter from Flipkart and then I got a call from Zeta and the HR said how apologetic she was for calling me after this long wait etc etc and said you’re hired and your salary will be 25k and all I could do was Laugh. I told her my expectations were 45 and she said oh this is a beginner role. You should’ve mentioned this earlier to us. I then gave her an earful. Told her how bad my experience was. I even posted my review on Google but it automatically got deleted even after writing it multiple time. I never joined Zeta but I’m happy i met my best friend that day and we’re still friends and ended up working for flipkart together.
