One of the Colorado Buffaloes I Told You I Was Coming Prime Time Shirt in other words I will buy this reasons could be that the concerned party is unaware or don’t pay enough attention to the statement. Usually what happens is that you are shown a bunch of sample invitation cards in the printing press and you select one. If the sample card you selected has that sentence written, it’s copied on to your card as well. Neither the printing press guy nor the customer bother to edit it. One anology I can give is you see “No Parking” written on every placard sticked to a gate by the businesses. I went to my German friend’s wedding and they had requested not to give gifts, but if you insist give cash only, for their honeymoon trip. I thought that was very practical. Depends on the family. It definitely means no gifts in my family (but changes from family to family with my friends). Really close family usually knows what the couple really wants and they gift that before or after the wedding. For other family members / friends it’s totally fine to show up without presents to counter it, buy them a card with a message e.g. Happy Birthday and slip some cash or a gift card. That way no one knows and you still technically gave them a gift.

It means no gift, no Dakshina, aasirwaad money, or other modes of vwawhar in my family. All of us live far from home because of college or jobs, my parents are old/introverted so they won’t be able to go return the Colorado Buffaloes I Told You I Was Coming Prime Time Shirt in other words I will buy this gift or money. But some people still bring gifts so we have to accept them cos now we can’t ask them to return but cash is a big no-no.
