Oooof! That sounds a nightmare! I’m sorry you went through that, it has given me some perspective on my situation for sure, and does make me feel better thank you We’ve got a massive project going on across the Coldplay Band Member Music of The Spheres Tour shirt but in fact I love this road from us. When they are doing very noisy work I think to myself that at least they are getting on with it and hastening the end of the job! How about some temporary etched (frosted) or mirror vynal to go over your windows to turn them into privacy glass so you can have your blinds open? Noise cancelling headphones? (I have a pair of great Soundcore q45 and they are money well spent, my employer also provided me with Jabra evolve 80s wired noise cancelling headphone for work but they are much more expensive). I don’t know if you can question the lorry’s arriving at 6.30 with the homeowner, they may not know they are arriving at 7am, unsure what action anyone such as the Local Authority could take. May be worth heading over to r/autism to see if they have any tips too! If you’re a woman, I really recommend r/autisminwomen over the main sub! The main sub unfortunately tends to get a bit misogynistic at times.

I’m also autistic and I suggest checking out Loop earplugs, not just for use at home either. They’re very discreet and excellent to wear while shopping in the Coldplay Band Member Music of The Spheres Tour shirt but in fact I love this supermarket, for example. There’s a removable Mute insert that blocks an extra 5db too. The vinyl is a great idea – I used rabbitgoo from amazon, was quite cheap. Noise cancelling headphones are great, but also look at loop – loop quiet are really good for me as they don’t attenuate the noise inside my head (breathing/chewing etc). I found that an eye mask can also help with staying asleep, especially this time of year. Other than that – there should be time limits set by local council for work, and I’m sure that there needs to be at least 1 day where there is no work going on. That’s a good point on the arrival time of the skip lorries, OP, I would check over with r/legaladviceuk as there may well be restrictions on when they are allowed to start work and use heavy machinery etc.
