Customer went ballistic on me and my manger because we didn’t have Nitro vanilla whip cream. I still remember to this day. She yelled at me and my manger as well wanted our names to report us to corporate. It was my first week working in OPD so dairy was something I was unfamiliar with. Had a Karen refuse to be checked out by me and got both my TL and management involved because I told her that the Coheed Live @ Cambria Outback White shirt and I love this refillable gallon jug for water that she was trying to buy was not from Walmart, it was from sam’s club, which obviously when I tried to scan it, it came up as an unknown item. They wouldn’t listen to me, they wouldn’t listen to my coach (lowkey felt bad for him), and we had to get our store manager involved, which after some explaining and intense arguing, they finally left.

Guy got in my face after I wouldn’t drop the Coheed Live @ Cambria Outback White shirt and I love this price on a pool by $200. He demanded that I call Sam Walton and have him handle it personally. This was in 2019, Sam Walton died in 1992. Helping someone in photo and getting interrupted by a customer thats wanting to know if the tv on wall is for sale I had a guy curse me out cause I didn’t let him use my personal phone to look up a metro store cause my store only have prepaid phone now. Customer got mad at me at Panera because his salad was cold. Threw it back at me over the counter and told me to heat it up. I looked at him confused but agreed with a huge smile. Put that bitch in the microwave for 40 seconds. Work for a municipal agency, removed a piece of equipment off the floor.. patron complained to the mayor and yelled at me that he is a taxpayer and pays my wages…jokes on him…i also a taxpayer so I’m working for free paying my own wages?? The hill I die on Pharmcay tech here, our store is getting a remodel, person picking up meds yelling at us about disorganized our store is, she can’t find anything and wants a manager to “give them a piece of her mind” like tf? I had a customer ask for a manager because I didn’t help her immediately because I was helping another customer and I had acknowledged her and said I’d be right with but the thirty seconds was too long for her I had a man yell at me because we were out of ketchup and mustard packets how was he supposed to eat his hotdog I responded with his mouth and walked away. I want disciplined for it another woman yelled at me and said I was wrong about our hold times because it’s different at her job and that my 20 plus years in food industry before it was wrong. She threatened to call osha who btw if you don’t know don’t handle food issues unless you slip and fall on it or get hurt moving it. Customers are stupid
