It is only a problem when the person in the left lane is going less than the people on the right. Or, alternatively, if they see a car in front of you and think that somehow, if you move aside, that car in front of you will miraculously go faster.

I frequently let people pass me and laugh as they don’t go any faster than I was going. It’s especially funny when they pass me, when there’s a fucking red light.
