I was recently reviewing the Bridgewater raynham high school alumni shirt What’s more,I will buy this contract for a puppy we will be purchasing in 2 weeks, and noticed something I would consider a little odd. The contract/health guarantee basically states that the puppy should only ever be fed Pawtree brand pet food and if not fed Pawtree, the health guarantee is void. I did a little extra research and Pawtree is basically a pet food mlm. I’m not interested in feeding it to my dog, so I’m wondering if this contract is actually (potentially) enforceable? I don’t predict any issues, as we’ve used this breeder in the past, and our current dog from her is very healthy, but the newly added line in her new puppy contract/health guarantee gave me pause. These scams seem somewhat common. Home breeders making prospective customers sign contracts demanding they buy MLM products, sometimes specifically from them and only them, and also claim the right to take the animal back if you break the contract.

From what I’ve read, the Bridgewater raynham high school alumni shirt What’s more,I will buy this seller has no say in what you do with the animal after money has exchanged hands. Because I’ve even seen people mention pet contracts that said they weren’t allowed to sell the pet to another person, you had to offer it back to the breeder first. They’re just pushy assholes who think they can bully people into whatever they want. “This contract stipulates that the puppy is not a fungible good, but is instead, a licensed product fully owned by KarenCo. LLC, which is licensed to the undersigned for a term limited by the following conditions…” “Note that KarenCo LLC is a legally distinct entity from both KarenCo MLM Meals LLC and KarenCo PetToys4You LLC. Ultimate Beneficial Owner information for these entities will not be provided. ” “‘Karen’ the legal entity and ‘KaR.eN’ the Natural Person are not one and the same and thus not liable for contracts binding to the other.”
