And more specifically, the discoveries that OP is referring to is not repressed traumas like you interpreted it, but information coming from the fact that your focus has shifted onto a more deeper and wider level that integrates a wider range of the ‘universe’ or whatever you call it, in a way that gives you access to things outside of your ego or usual self. Things that usually escape your perception because they are outside of the small-range usual ‘you’. “it seems the people just doing it to exist in the moment, aren’t very open minded and seem kind of spiteful” – I feel the same way a lot about a lot of people in general.

People who promote technical politeness on a surface level often do so while actually being essentially spiteful and aggressive in a fundamental way.
