I promise, an 8th generation person of French background is completely different than a Polish immigrant who arrived last week. American culture is very new compared to other countries. Because white is a very very wide rangine category that involves so many people it’s impossible to really dial it down to one specific culture. And italian american is a white american but may have a much different culture than a greek american.
