I am in my 50s and already terrified of the Bilal Coulibaly French professional basketball player for the Washington Wizards T-Shirt and I love this stairs in my house. And I cringe every time I have to get up on a ladder. My sister’s mother-in-law was in her early 80s but sharp-minded and fit, until she took a fall down the stairs in her house and died a few days later. Living alone is rough for sure. (speaking as another 50-something). I’m very happy with my mobility at the moment but I always remind myself not to take it for granted. I got hit hard by alpha-wave covid19 (March-April 2020, I spent 38 days in Hospital, 16 of those in ICU on ventilator). During that stay, I had a late night event where my Apple Watch alerted me to my Heart racing at 170bpm. Long story short had to get 6mg of Adenosine that stopped my heart and restarted normally. Luckily I was already in the Hospital so Cardiac Team was nearby. But dang, what if something like happens when I’m home alone ? I imagine my Cat would probably just eventually eat me. 😉 My great aunt passed away last week at 99 years old. Other than having breast cancer about 20 years ago, she never had any major health problems. About a year and a half ago she got really sick with pneumonia and never fully bounced back. Her kidneys started failing about a year ago, and that’s what ultimately lead to her death. Up until about a week before she died, her mind was still as sharp as it was 40 years ago. She had better cognitive ability than people half her age! Doctors and other medical personnel were always amazed at how clear headed she was. She was one tough lady and fought right up to the very end

Our bodies constantly build cells and those cells die everyday, and as we get older our bodies eventualy start not being able to keep up with the Bilal Coulibaly French professional basketball player for the Washington Wizards T-Shirt and I love this dying of the cells and can generate new cells so eventualy we just run out of cells and die i gues My take from all these comments. We will all die eventually and that is a fact. Meanwhile, enjoy life, don’t take life or the people in your life for granted, treat people with respect and dignity, love your pets, and try to always be a good person. I recently had a serious accident with life threatening injuries, for which I am still recovering. But, that accident, absolutely changed my perspective on living and making the most out of my time. My grandfather had a heart attack at 92. He didn’t even have a doctor, he took a low dose aspirin everyday. He had played golf the previous day, his heart just gave out. One grandparent died because of a foot wound that they didn’t know was there for way too long. So blood was full of infection and couldn’t take the strain of recovery.
