Thank you! It was a long post yes, but I need to really dive into the Awesome real Women Love Baseball Smart Women Love The Pittsburgh Pirates Players 2023 Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this details to get my point across. This isn’t something new, just my experience! Do it standing up. Do it moving around…. Meditation does not have to be a stationary thing. You’re actually taking it to the ‘next level’ so to speak when you’re actively controlling your breathe during actual physical activity. You can turn your focus to other muscles during this time as well, it’s some of my most valuable meditation time. The entire idea that meditation must encompass relaxation or that relaxation is the goal of it is a very narrow viewpoint and one I would recommend while listening to not taking too seriously, there are other ways to meditate and they may be much better for you than what is being described here. This was meant as a tip for BEGINNERS. The relaxing part is just to get it easier to let go of stress and to not force so many things on yourself like focusing way to hard on your breath or your thoughts or how feel in your pinky toe. Whatever comes to your attention is ok, don’t force it anywhere, just let it happen. Don’t do anything about it:)

I actually do “meditate” when I’m doing stuff around the Awesome real Women Love Baseball Smart Women Love The Pittsburgh Pirates Players 2023 Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this house, like doing the dishes or vacuuming etc. Just breathing. Many people on this thread really took what I wrote out of context. You can find almost this exact same comment all over this group and all throughout meditation teachings for thousands of years. Great that you know this. But many people don’t. I see post again and again that people struggle. Don’t assume everyone knows this. This isn’t something I personally invented, and I never claimed that either. When I do this I’m really relaxed, and I think that is the first step for beginners. We all know how it was in the beginning. To stay focused and concentrate is difficult when you’re not used to it.
