Lack of regular bathing but equally not doing laundry often enough. Wear it once/twice, wash it with HOT water and a generous amount of detergent. Those pods are sometimes not enough. Can someone explain this? I’ve never been able to tell what smell old people have in common. To me they smell as diverse as young ones. I take care of my ANTIHERO Marvel Shirt moreover I love this 79 year old mom and she does not have that smell. Every old person doesn’t have it although my dad had it before he passed years ago in his late 70’s. I’d say it has to do with diet because every human’s smell has to do with your diet. I make my mom’s meals and we have a veggie based diet with a little fish and eggs. Diet and health conditions is why. It’s not an automatic thing. What you eat comes out of your pores. Probably because bathing is hard work and a lot of older people in my experience don’t like showers because that’s not what they grew up with.

ANTIHERO Marvel Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I thought it was the ANTIHERO Marvel Shirt moreover I love this smell of skin cells dying off and old people not showering as frequently as they used to. My mom is in a home and I haven’t smelled anyone with old people smell for decades. I love that I’m starting to offend with my stench of decay… I guess? I’ll keep using my vetiver body wash on my old ass and hope it works. I am extremely disturbed by some of the claims or guesses being made. Information on this is found with a quick Google search. Contrary to harmful stereotypes of older people, age-related changes in body odor likely have nothing to do with personal hygiene. Instead, experts think it’s the result of odor compounds and bacteria interacting on the skin. The major odor compound at play is called 2-nonenal.
