Reason: I was trained by a Mu Sigma x employee ( who has worked since mu Sigma start up , he told all good stories). Worst culture, hiring friends & family, hiring incompetent people who work on the Angels beyond the dream shohei ohtani signature shirt moreover I will buy this motto of get shit done without any competency in the field.Startups will hire mechanical engineer to do computer engineer stuff just to do cost cutting. I worked at a startup called Dezerv & i mean woow culture of hustle, get shit done, dont care if you have to work on Saturday,Sundays, after hour. Imagine founder saying that you should be happy to get WFH in 2020 & all this donkey work for minimal pay & no work-life balance. hiring friends & family, hiring incompetent people who work on the motto of get shit done without any competency in the field This. I worked in a place where the CEO’s friends, his sister, flatmate’s brother, etc were hired at different points of time. The clincher was the COO who referred to himself as the “India CEO” whenever the CEO traveled abroad for a few weeks. When the raise provided was minimal across the board, people asked why. The response? “We had hired aggressively and spent money on infra and ops, so have to adjust somewhere”. I quit shortly after that. Happens all across these shitty Indian tech companies. They use the thé funding money to fund their own lifestyles, buy homes, cars for themselves & some close colleagues.

Siphon off the Angels beyond the dream shohei ohtani signature shirt moreover I will buy this money. Moreover the money they get in fundings is black money anyways so it doesn’t matter even to the investor. Most of the investors are politically well connected off either ways & write it off as a bad loan which will be paid by common man as income tax anyways. Rich keeps getting richer meanwhile poor keeps get stuck in paying in income tax & work.Unless poor person also decides to corrupt himself.Which keeps the cycle running. In starting 20-35 days they will give you less work & suddenly you will be team lead of incompetent colleagues & Mba passed PM who thinks a new feature should be released every day since its a startup. But you know what when they will say can you take your laptop with yourself on your well deserved holiday that might be last nail in the coffin.
