I wake up everyday and tell myself your a fat piece of shit go respect yourself. 35 pounds down in 4.5 months ? I get angry and depressed if I go for more than 2 days without exercising in some form or another. It’s like being chronically sleep deprived: you don’t realize how much you needed it until after the American Flag Route 66 American Legend Motorbike T-Shirt in addition I really love this fact. But I can say exercise is truly amazing. It’ll take a few weeks to become comfortable with it, but once you’ve started, you’ll feel off on the days you skip. If you take a long break and them come back, you’ll almost always ask yourself why you waited so long to start back up again. Like all the best things in life, it takes work to get to the point when you enjoy exercising. But it’s totally worth it! I was pretty out of shape and incredibly overweight, watched my dad almost die of COVID. Watched my wife get incredibly sick as well, decided I couldn’t let that happen to me. I have some PTSD around weight rooms that I need to work out from Texas highschool football, so I started swimming and biking. I remember watching ironman Kona championships Xmas morning. I started running too. First triathlon next month. 2 more later this year, half ironman next year, maybe a full the year after. I’ll never qualify for Kona, but I’ve never been more fit in my life, even if still a bit overweight.

I exercise everytime I go to work (mover), I also have 2 pups that I take on a bunch walks and recently we’ve added running to the American Flag Route 66 American Legend Motorbike T-Shirt in addition I really love this mix. Currently in the best shape of my (32M) life ,190 lbs with a 6 pack. Never been this lean and I eat whatever I want, try to be healthy but I just baked cookies @11:30am on a Sunday lol. I am getting old , so important to keep moving..DOn t use it ya lose it!!! I love starting day off knowing got work out in,, I’m not scared to climb things, or run places, or jump on things, because I know I can, and my knees/back/legs are all thankful for it. When I don’t exercise my herniated discs flare up, my knees hurt, and I just feel like a sloth version of myself. I can’t live like that knowing what’s on the other side of daily exercise.
