Also 80% of my family has died from strokes/heart attacks and had limited mobility in their final years. that alone is enough reason. At my point, it’s not even motivation anymore. Its a routine built in me like having food. although I do have rest days because they are very important. Definitely days where it’s unmotivating, but if I have more rests day, i end up feeling guilty and put more effort in. I need to sleep, like REALLY nead sleep. If I do not tire myself enough, I will have too much energy and won’t be able to sleep. When I started going earlier in the day I started going to bed earlier so I can get a full nights of sleep. One action leads to another and it’s a snowball effect of positive thinking and positive actions.
