Good for you, given that I.Q. does not necessarily equate to performance. But, I wish you and your company all the best as they cut corners and hire what they think are the best and brightest, despite being proven wrong. On line personality tests are patently bullshit. Add in “I.Q.” tests to spice the shit stew. Make your hiring decisions based on junk science, and expose your company to discrimination lawsuits as you pass by superior employees with potential issues.

My apologies, this post triggered me. I have my issues, and I happen to be very good at employment “fit”. On line tests need to go away. IQ shouldn’t be used for hiring at all, having a higher IQ level doesn’t mean you’re smarter than average or that your skillset will be any good at all It definitely means you’re more intelligent than average. By itself, it doesn’t mean you will be a better employee overall. No it doesn’t. Iq measures fluid intelligence not crystallized. Someone could score higher on an iq test and be considered “dumber” due to have less crystallized intelligence. A dude with an iq of 110 who has a phd in physics will be considered smarter than a dude who has no education even if that person has an iq of 120.
