I’ve been donating $50 a month to St. Jude Cancer for 15 years. I donate household goods and clothes and shoes to a local battered women’s center. I donate blankets and towels for animals. I will buy a homeless person a meal. But I refuse to donate when I’m shopping for a corporation to use my donation as a tax write off Businesses can’t use your donation for their own benefit. That’s tax fraud, a felony. Your donation is printed on the Alabama Roll Tide Willie Ryan Williams shirt also I will do this receipt for your taxes Those corporations get a tax break for peoples donations that’s the only reason they do it if you’re going to donate donate directly to the charity so YOU get the tax break instead of millionaires and they use lady’s like that to guilt trip people and she has no idea I’m sure she is aware. I had to do this as well when I worked in customer service, they kept track of how many donations we got and we had to hit a minimum number. I completely understand how frustrating it is but the employees don’t have a choice. It’s the corporations themselves that are corrupt, not the workers

They don’t get tax breaks here for donations, but still, these corps have very rich CEOs who can afford to donate. Why they pestering us? They have billions upon billions of dollars they could donate. But their investors don’t want to lose their money… Stop. The amount of people that believe this is incredible. What you just said is tax fraud. It does not happen. Your donation is printed on the Alabama Roll Tide Willie Ryan Williams shirt also I will do this receipt for YOUR taxes. Just Google it Funny enough the company is turning around and donating your money. So the limit they need to reach for the tax write off dosent come out of their own pocket. I’ve heard somewhere that every time you see a organization asking for donations, they already paid a donation to charity, people are just paying it back.
