As a teacher myself, it bothers me that some of the Abraham Lincoln high school alumni shirt in addition I really love this districts I’ve worked for would even pay me a stipend for coming in to work concealed-carry. Governors want me to turn in students to the authorities if there is any sign of them identifying transgender, or there is a whiff of a teacher or parent being supportive of a LGBT child. They don’t want schools, they want processing centers for less-desirables. Education camps that serve to feed re-education camps. And Republicans have the gall to compare the left to Nazis and Communists. So let me get this straight. Cops generally hit targets about 35% of the time and people are expecting school teachers to be sharpshooters? Ridiculous Don’t underestimate that lil’ old Mrs Smith whose been teaching since Carter was president, she’s a crack shot ! People were talking about arming teachers as far back as the Columbine shooting. One of my teachers at the time was a conservative christian, a coach, a decidedly manly man. In class we did a pros and cons over various gun issues and his response to a student who suggested the idea was simply “I’m not wearing a gun to school. I’m not pointing a gun at a student.” Wonder how this really stops? I really believe this is here to stay, simply part of our lives like girls being forced to have babies and every single election is a rigged hoax. It’s how we live our lives.

Wasn’t there some dumb fuck congressman screaming about how there’s never been a shooting in a school where the Abraham Lincoln high school alumni shirt in addition I really love this teachers were armed? in this case the cops were contacted before the shooting even started I think (the timeline wasn’t release but he texted a friend. its possible it could have been during the shooting). It brings up a great question if you have “goods guys with guns” how long will it be before one gets offed by police. I know that’s happened a few times but not in schools. I hate that all the solutions out “leaders” come up with are dangerous, ineffective, and/or pointlessly controversial Wait till you get all the gun owners who say if you have a gun it’s your duty to shoot the gunner. Then if you don’t you get shamed Everyone wants to be a gangster till you have to do gangster shit.Sure, maybe there’s a situation where someone’s “fight or flight” response is “fight”, but for many, “flight” is hard wired. Why do people think militaries try to rewire people so when the fight comes, they fight?
