Teen Vogues out there educating against backwards American employment laws that the ABORT THE COURT retro T-Shirt But I will love this rest of the world laughs at* Teen Vogue is based, and has been since long before based meant something other than what you do to Thanksgiving turkey. Great but absolute BS in real life. What will really happen is they will fire you both 2 weeks apart for some made up reason. You gonna sue them for wrongful termination? ? sure you are. That’s the reality. Would an employer really fire someone for such petty reasons? These places are more likely than not already short staffed. It just sounds illogical that someone would create more trouble for themselves to have to try cover those shifts and find replacements on short notice at the same time.

ABORT THE COURT retro T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Myself and a co-worker met with a partner the ABORT THE COURT retro T-Shirt But I will love this other day and I did this accidentally. I don’t think they thought of it as a labor action but I’m amused that it almost was. Except that laws only apply to the small poor people. Plenty of illegal activities taking place by those in power right now and daily, yet for them its ok. No one is going to fire you for asking for a raise. They’re just going to deny it, as they already have you at a price they’re fine with paying. What are you going to do? Either keep working at that wage, or quit. If your friend jobs you that still doesn’t hurt them. If you all join together, maybe that will get their attention. But your power isn’t in unionizing; it’s in being willing to walk away if you don’t get what you want. And with all the extra money you made before your boss fired you and your coworker you can sue the company so the lawyer can get rich.
