As a 40 year old corporate slave, I would like to RECOGNIZE AND THANK YOU GOOD FOLKS IN THIS SUB YOUNGER THAN I-YOU GIVE ME HOPE-FIGHT THE POWER! I started working when I was 12 as an HVAC tech helper, managed to get a scholarship to state university, still paying off the A Clockwork Orange Stanley Kubrick’s Shirt Additionally,I will love this loans. Point being, I LOVE THAT Y’ALL ARE SPEAKING OUT AND I’M SO SORRY MY GENERATION DIDN’T DO MORE!!! Either the boss has his head completely up his ass in this situation, or he has no business being in management because he has no idea what REAL life is like for workers today! Like the military, the best leaders in business are usually promoted to manager/officer by standing out as workers/enlisted personnel. People who don’t earn their stripes will never understand how to motivate us that have! I, as an example, graduated from LSU with a B.S. in Business Management and ISDS in 2005. I worked back-breaking work the whole time, had to take loans, etc. That first job was BEAUTIFUL! 65k/yr as a newbie IN 2005, medical, dental, and RETIREMENT! I didn’t let it go to my head though, anytime I thought I had a bad day, I just thought of those hot attics in the summer and got back to work. Eventually, I made junior VP a year and a half later just by treating my teammates with respect and not asking them to do anything I wouldn’t. Then the recession hit in 2008. Degree isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on now, taught myself IT and I do that TODAY earning roughly the same amount I did at a mindless job fresh out of college 17 years ago. And I’m scared to death! What happens in 20 years when I’m in my 60’s? WHY ISN’T EVERYONE MY AGE SCREAMING!?!? AND THE WORST, I’m the “negative, crazy person” for worrying about “such stupid things.” I just wanna die in a warm bed with a full belly for working my dick into the dirt my whole life, that too much to ask??? In the past, that would be the ‘American nightmare,” but now it’s my “American Dream,” SMDH! Hope I’m lucky enough to save enough and have social security be in existence still when it’s my time to retire… Be thrilled to be in the worst state home, and I’m not exaggerating! I have no family, but I’ve put in and continue to put in my work/pay my taxes everyday, that’s not too much to ask!!! YOU GUYS ARE NOT CRAZY, KEEP UP THE GOOD FIGHT!!! ANYONE WITH A BRAIN MY AGE LOVE YOU ALL!!! ?✊?? (Sorry for ranting, just amazing to see these issues being discussed publicly, I would’ve been scared to speak out 20 years ago. NOT TODAY THOUGH, I’ve seen how little they care about us!)
A Clockwork Orange Stanley Kubrick’s Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt
I hope their business ⭐fails⭐ Also hope you are in better health, I got the A Clockwork Orange Stanley Kubrick’s Shirt Additionally,I will love this Omicron back in January and I’m still suffering from the backlash, shit is wild. Is this a job that deals with the public? If so, then I would blast them on social media for trying to make employees sick with COVID and flu go to work, threatening public safety. The attitude of Americans to work when sick is part of the problem. People need to stop doing that shit and stay home when sick. Don’t need to get everyone else sick. Honestly I’d gut them if I was a fellow manager. I’d tell the employees to look for work at other places and help them move to better opportunities before quitting myself. Places like this aren’t successful businesses if this is how they treat their employees and talk about them. I’m a Gen xer who has worked mainly with millennials for past while and I can say this with confidence: boomers are assholes. Seriously, though, that Facebook post is aimed at old white whiny old people who like to trot out the “I walked uphill both ways barefoot in the winter” trope as much as possible. If they looked at how much their wages were in the past for all their incredibly hard (and, uh, privileged) work and compared it with their living expenses, the inflation rate at that time and then compared those figures to what some of their young employees make and how much their cost of living is – well, it’s just too much work for these hard working types. Better to bitch about a whole generation. I’m sure these old fuckers would work just as hard – without ANY complaining – given these circumstances…
