Most companies right now don’t give a shit about covid. They already profited off it and right now they are trying to hold onto future sales as well profit as much as possible. When I worked at WalMart, there was a man in my checkout line complaining to a lady that “Gen Z” people were lazy, didn’t want to work, etc… In front of me, a Gen Z Walmart employee, who was obviously working. I don’t think you get to complain about how rude your workers are when you whine about how they refuse to be exploited and tortured like you were when you worked for minimum wage by using the A Clockwork Orange Retro Shirt also I will do this company’s own social media page to single them out. I mean, that just sounds like good life advice? Why put in undue effort for something that won’t benefit you via extra pay or time off? I put effort into things I like.

A Clockwork Orange Retro Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’d quit, tell them you feel their generation feels too entitled to your work and it’s rude & lazy to bitch about people on FB. ironically everything they said can be tossed right back at them That management crew over there can’t be too bright if they are posting company policy on FB, or anything else for that matter. They’re probably not bright to begin with, but the A Clockwork Orange Retro Shirt also I will do this absolute degree of feeling so entitled to your employees labor to bitch about that stuff on fb (in the middle of a pandemic no less lmao) is just insane. Literally rule one of running a business is to respect your employees since they’re the ones making it work. What do they hope to accomplish by bitching about them on social media other than losing employees? It’s literal “i didn’t grow out of HS drama” behavior. I sure hope OP gets out of there. The fascinating part about this is that older generations have been saying the exact same shit about younger generations for literal millenia. Even the ancient Greeks were shit-talking the young for being lazy/entitled/too optimistic/wanting to change society for the better. And when we’re all old, there will probably be tons of us saying the same damn things about the young.
