Last year when I got my knee replacement. I had both shoulders done and I felt great, easy recovery that took less than 6 weeks and I stayed active. This knee thing is more painful than anything I have felt, it’s taken nearly a year to feel like I can be active and I now walk a lot. I’m finally able to do a full rotation on my recumbent bike but I am not fully recovered yet. I’m 68, I usually walk around 2 or 3 miles with the 2024 NCS-CIF Basketball Championship Shirt besides I will buy this dog every day unless it’s raining. I feel creaky and old now. I think that I am allergic to the nickel in the prosthetic so that might be the reason. My shoulders are titanium and they don’t bother me at all but I do have arthritis in my other bones. It’s the knee hurting and other achiness (but I know that I look younger than I am feeling.)

I think 30. It’s pretty much the 2024 NCS-CIF Basketball Championship Shirt besides I will buy this point were you even older adults can’t really call you a “kid” anymore. You’re an adult. You gotta do adult things. Really should have your life together or at least a good game plan. As a guy, you’re only 6-7 years away from hitting the midpoint of the average lifespan (women get a few more, but even then, they’re quickly approaching the limit to having kids if they want any). If you didn’t have a good workout routine and diet before, you’d best be getting one now, or you’ll just be heading to the grave all the faster. Contrary to the goodie/hippie “It’s never too late”, oh- there definitely is. The clock starts counting down the moment we’re born. “It’s never too late”. Well, it’s never too early, neither. Set some goals and go for it.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
