Hope it goes ok and that you have a good Union rep with you. Well done for being brave enough to raise the 2023 NCAA Division III Football National Champions Cortland Red Dragons Logo Shirt Additionally,I will love this grievance. Good luck. I went back last week after 2 months off after my wife nearly died giving birth to our daughter. I thought by the end of it I might have been ‘blagging’ it a bit but I definitely wasn’t in retrospect. My employer was also very understanding and remains so, we’re very lucky. Don’t be scared of asking them for help and for taking your time. But even more often, in my experience, is reducing the level just below the brim ever so slightly and feeling like we have done all we need – only the next time someone jogs the bucket or sloshes the glass we are over again. Going back a little later, if you can afford to and are supported to, is WAY better for your employer and dependents than yo-yoing because you came back too early, so it sounds like you’ve done the right things.

I was signed off off with stress / depression for 6 weeks during one of the 2023 NCAA Division III Football National Champions Cortland Red Dragons Logo Shirt Additionally,I will love this Covid lockdowns. After the 4th week I spoke with my doc and said I’m feeling nearly back to normal to which he replied “nearly isn’t fully, so I’m signing you off for another 2 weeks to make sure” We often have self criticism and fear of judgement about being seen to be anything less than contributing, particularly when we bind our perceived value and self esteem up in what we do and how others see us. But that critical voice comes from fear, it doesn’t really have our best interests at heart, and can rush us back before we are ready. Sorry you and your wife had such a hard time, I hope she’s ok now? And your daughter too? Glad to read your employer is understanding
