I agree with this comment. In my experience, people (especially managers) tend to notice when people leave the 2023 Estrella Foothills Wolves Volleyball Tournament shirt moreover I love this office more so than when they arrive. If you’re not there yet in the morning, other employees might think that you’re getting a cup of coffee, still parking, or otherwise getting ready for the day. If you’re gone when others are still there, they’ll know (or at least assume) you went home already. Then again, as the previous person noted, company culture is a big factor, as some companies can be really particular about arrival times. Your company sounds like people tend to stay later, so it’s probably a good idea to shift your time back a bit (maybe from 9:30 or 10 to 6) and see what works. I had a job where I shifted back my leave time to 5:45/6:00 and suddenly I was generally the last person out the door and it looked to my boss that I was working a ton of hours (he also saw my car in the parking lot when he left) when I really wasn’t doing much extra work at all (if any).

Good points. I learned the 2023 Estrella Foothills Wolves Volleyball Tournament shirt moreover I love this hard way that early mornings often don’t get recognized. I am a natural morning person and I used to go arrive at the office between 7 and 7:30am. On an average day I would work until 5:30. I overhead one of the senior directors talking about how hard working a coworker was because they were there until 6:30-7pm every night. They were also coming in at 9-9:30 every morning. I was working a longer day than my hard working coworker but no one realized. When someone gets to the office at 9:00 and sees you already there, they assume you arrived 5 minutes before they did. It would often be 45 minutes after I arrived before the next person got there. No one knew how many hours I was putting in. Staying later is always higher visibility than arriving earlier, unless in those rare instances where you have an early morning boss.
