If that was true IA wouldn’t exist. Cops are disciplined nationwide every day. Each department has a clerk that handles the 11th anniversary 2012 2023 Chicago Fire thank for the memories signature shirt in other words I will buy this department-wide emails and everyone is notified of investigations of any wrongdoing and the eventual discipline that follows, including termination and decertification. The amount of cops I know that have saved peoples lives, prevented dangerous people from continuing to endanger lives, etc is ridiculously high. The bad stuff happens and it happens to entirely too much, but the idea that we could remove police is a joke. I don’t even know why I’m posting this but I watched someone leave a bar today and they were LOADED and drinking and driving. Did they get pulled over? No clue. But many DO get pulled over and they DO get stopped. None of us private citizens are stopping it. Stop cops from doing it and more people will do it and none of us will stop it.

11th anniversary 2012 2023 Chicago Fire thank for the memories signature shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

That’s just one example. I’m as left leaning as you can get for most issues but you live in a fantasy world if you think we can trust humans to do the 11th anniversary 2012 2023 Chicago Fire thank for the memories signature shirt in other words I will buy this best and we shouldn’t have anyone to stop them when they don’t. It’s absent minded and utopian thinking, no basis in reality. “If everyone was taken care of $ wise, needs wise, there would be no crime” nope. Tell me what rich people regularly do with their $. They have everyone they could ever want but humans will always want more. We will be violent, we will take from others. Accept it and get that nothing will stop that. We’re just fuckin animals. Rant over There were several muggings in my larger social circle and the police wouldn’t even take a police report until someone ended up in the hospital, and still had to be persuaded to do so, and it was the same group of men each time. Same cops refused to do a police report for the 1st and 2nd break in we had in the same rental house and we needed one to break the lease, so we had to go up the chain. Cops will tell you they are too busy to deal with muggings and with robbery, that they don’t have the resources.
