In short for me a lot of the 09 years 2014 2023 John 4 wick thank you for the memories signature shirt and by the same token and jokes I write I find that they are at least somewhat funny, but having read and internalized them over the two weeks it takes to produce the video they lose some humor to you, but not to someone who hasn’t heard it That’s true with any joke, just think of the funniest story you heard a comedian tell, you probably lost it the first, second, third, maybe even fourth time but eventually you just don’t laugh anymore. In other words, if you think it’s funny the first time, it probably is. Just make sure the delivery matches and you’ll be golden. I don’t really write scripts, I write a rough guide of subjects to talk about, but I catch myself laughing at my own jokes during editing all the time. I guess the jokes I make are my humour and if I don’t find them funny, who else is going to? It’s worked well for me so far. I think you end up attracting viewers who share the same humour as you that way!

It’s all about delivery, if it look and sounds scripted it sometimes makes me cringe a little but said in a more spontaneous way, I’ll probably laugh.. I got comments about people being happy to relate to a lot of jokes or references. Like wordplays mentioning ho-oh but actually just falling back to a scene where I complain about hoeing in stardew and stuff like that I love my jokes but I am sure they are way specific most of the 09 years 2014 2023 John 4 wick thank you for the memories signature shirt and by the same token and time. But I also cut out a lot of jokes in script and editing to be fair. I don’t try to write humour really, I mean some of my older lists had some of that, but the punch line was more visual than vocal
