I belong to the Zarga Apparel Fernando Alonso Milf Meme Tee Shirt What’s more,I will buy this millennials and when we earn good money, we do seem to spend it on things that boomers would consider a luxury such as remote and/or luxury vacations, fancy clothes, eating out several times a week, expensive phones and other gadgets… On the other hand, my grandma has been to a restaurant max 3-4 times in her life (all were some special occasions), there were no gadgets to buy, no shopping sprees, very basic vacations (if any), very tight budget for meals etc. It was also very common for several generations to live together in one home. The lifestyle was very frugal and yes, they valued having their own roof over their head if anyhow possible. On the other hand, homes are super expensive now and my generation could barely afford them. So heck, we might as well treat ourselves in our everyday lives. Piggybacking off the top comment to also say they had free university – so no crippling student debt. I pay 10% of my income on student loans each month. That’s around £190. And I’m one of the ‘lucky ones’ as I will pay it off in a couple of years from now instead of the younger generation on the new plan which will mean that the interest accrued is so high, it basically becomes a graduate tax.

Also, it was literally the Zarga Apparel Fernando Alonso Milf Meme Tee Shirt What’s more,I will buy this case that a person on a minimum wage job could afford to buy a house and support a family – i.e. it gave them the minimum standard of living. Houses which are now worth a small fortune. There is a huge sense that they had the best of everything and then pulled the ladder up behind them so that others couldn’t benefit in the same way. And then many of them have the audacity to say to younger generations that if they “pull themselves up by their bootstraps they can do it too, just like they did.” Many of them cannot relate to the fact that life, cost of living, pay and just getting a job isn’t the same now. There are people working with me who 25 years ago just walked out of university, phoned up and asked for a job and were just given it, just like that. For the same job now you need a top class degree, a year’s worth of (likely unpaid) voluntary experience, a vocational certificate of competence, to interview and be successful against 100+ candidates, and almost certainly to have to have worked as a lower banded assistant to “gain experience and get in the door.” This gives you a job which pays about £27,000 starting salary (NHS). Which is still not enough for a single person to live a comfortable life. All whilst the boomers that work with us can barely use Excel.
