To sum it up shortly for those that didn’t read it: Workers for a concrete mixing company fully loaded the Yowie Wowie Bray Wyatt 1987 2023 Signatures Shirt and I love this trucks with the spinning containers up with (liquid) concrete the day of the strike. Then, when the strike occurred, they abandoned the trucks intentionally to cost the company money in both lost product and in damage to the trucks as the concrete hardened. The striker’s plan was foiled for the most part, as non-striking workers found out and were able to save the trucks and the company mostly just lost out on product. Regardless, this was intentional and malicious in nature and the court ruling today says you cannot do that. People are drawing a comparison to “Well what if restaurant workers strike? Will they be responsible for unused food?” A more apt analogy would be if those restaurant workers propped open the freezer door, took all the refrigerated food out and then turned the gas stove burners on as they left.

This ruling isn’t saying what the Yowie Wowie Bray Wyatt 1987 2023 Signatures Shirt and I love this title is insinuating. It’s just saying you can’t maliciously, egregiously damage the company or it’s property as you strike. It is 8-1 and fairly obvious. Strikes were never meant to be a blanket excuse for everything. There still needs to be boundaries and this ruling still puts the onus on companies to prove those boundaries have been broken. More proof that Republicans are not the party of labor and hard working Americans. They are the party of corporate greed and yet blue collared workers voted for Trump like he knows what working Americans need. The party of putting boots on necks, everyone. I’ll care about some corporation’s property and lost profits the moment they start caring about our lives and lost/stolen wages.
