All Americans in this thread: “Grab one my many guns?” Spend the You’re my everything you’re my can opener cat lover fish T-Shirt and by the same token and 5 minutes deciding “Should I go for the pistol for maneuverability? Or AR-15 for capacity? Maybe the shotgun for stopping power.” Depends. How armed is he? If he has a gun, then unless I have a gun as well, that’s a hopeless situation. If he has a knife or sword of some kind, then I would run into the bathroom, grab my metal shower curtain rod, and give myself a range advantage. Would also stand on top of the mattress for a height advantage. As he comes at me, he will eat several blunt force impacts that his knife/sword will not help him against. A well-aimed strike to the temple will down him, and from there, it’s on to calling the cops.
