I keep better hydrated at work than at home, cause games tend to suck me in. At work, I go at least once an hour. I don’t actually count, but… I do wake up in the Your body is a temple and mine is cool AF shirt Furthermore, I will do this middle of the night at least twice.. It is very annoying, I wish I could have the ability to sleep through the night. I take blood pressure meds and water pills when needed for my heart condition. During the time I’m awake I pee 30+ times. Those don’t include the times I wake up in the middle of the night. Yeah it’s life changing. Traveling, concerts, sporting events, movie theaters… basically anything other than being at home is a struggle to manage. The drive home was stressful if anything slowed down traffic. When fighting forest fires the adage was to “pee every three” if not, not drinking enough, not a problem if going more often. For I moment, I panicked with the pre diabetes symptoms but then I remembered my blood tests are perfect. So I guess sometimes my body needs to get rid of the water
