1 for me personally – Personality. If someone has a dumpster personality, it’s an instant turn off. That makes any encounter in a bed terrible. Being completely incapable of communicating about what she wants, what feels good, what doesn’t, and when her boundaries are being approached or crossed. That last one is especially important. My ex didn’t communicate at all about sex and there were multiple times where I got super uncomfortable because I felt like I was basically just molesting her. That said, it’s been fucking years and they’ve probably modernised it with a load of new stuff that I don’t know about. I don’t mean being naive/new to sex is bad at all. What I mean is the “you got to please me magically while I just lay here” attitude towards sex. It’s both partners work and communication what makes great sex.
