Ummm wtf. Originally from Eastern Canada. French. NEVER have eaten nor have heard of anyone eating horse. Lies and propaganda. Think about it; We waste so much human meat by burying or cremating it, when we could eat it just fine. The quality is superior to any other meat as well when you have a well exercised human, marbles the flesh delightfully!! chef’s kiss French Canada? Never seen that served anywhere in French Canada. It’s on menus everywhere in Switzerland, somewhat less in France and I don’t know for Belgium. I’m from France, and people over there stopped eating horse meat 30-40 years ago. Now if you eat horse meat in France, you’re a psychopath. About ten years ago, there was a public outrage when a major frozen food company (Findus) sold horse meat.
