Let’s be clear this is civil. In Sri Lanka they’re burning politicians cars and possibly homes – from what I know of it justifiably. Our ruling class doesn’t know what uncivil looks like. The draft opinion hinges on civilians not having a right to privacy. They need to see firsthand what that looks like. I want leaks of their private conversations and transactions. I want them to feel constantly bombarded by protestors and public outrage. I want them to know what intrusion and lack of autonomy feels like. They yelled it at BLM, they yelled it at Kaepernick, they yell it at pride rallies, they yelled it at Martin Luther King Jr. When they say “civility” what they really mean is “Get the Yoan moncada 10 chicago white sox baseball trending shirt moreover I will buy this fuck back in the closet. Go protest there, where you will never been seen, and where the people who are authoring your oppression will never even have to acknowledge that the oppression is happening. Be effectively silent.” “Civility” justified the taking of children from Native American families and tribes and abuse them in boarding schools to steal land by the conservatives as “this is God’s land and Indigenous children will be killed and tortured until the Indigenous submit to the Christian God “Civility” has always meant upholding the status quo. Any dissent is, by definition, uncivil as it deviates from what already is and pushes toward what can be. Notice that Republicans never called the Jan 6 protestors “uncivil” even though what they were doing was attempting to overthrow the peaceful transition of power in the United States which is, by any definition, “uncivil”. This makes me soooo angry. The Supreme Court literally ruled that antichoice protesters can show up outside of the homes of abortion clinic workers because that’s free speech but the tables can’t be turned on them? I call BS.

Citizens United was actually a far deadlier injustice, but if this is what it takes to put the Yoan moncada 10 chicago white sox baseball trending shirt moreover I will buy this men in black dresses on trial, so be it. I’m so sick of listening to people trying to parse out when and where it’s appropriate to peacefully redress their grievances. If we kept protests quiet and relegated to apportioned areas, THEY WOULDN’T FUCKING WORK. Just do what the right does and not give a shit what anyone says about your behaviour. Whats gonna happen if they say its uncivil? Who gives a fuck what bidens opinion is? Whats he gonna do? More nothing? This is why this bullshit is a dangerous game. They cN only push so far. When the rage hits critical mass it will be impossible to turn off. Is there somewhere I can i donate to these protesters? Like how they did with the “Freedom Convoy”, but in this case it would be for actually losing your rights. I don’t know about to the protestors but I’ve been giving to an abortion fund, also I really recommend supporting Jessica Cisneros, who’s trying to primary the pro-forced birth dem that pelosi and clyburn are trying to prop up Come election time, skip work, spend the whole day at the polls, both to vote, and to stand guard against the fascists. Bring weapons if you think you’ll need them to keep the peace. The fascists will have them. Strike for democracy. Strike against fascism. Strike for workers rights, women rights, the right to live your life in peace, not hurting anyone. Strike for freedom. Do not let the fascists win, every victory gives them more confidence, get out your vote, get all your friends and relatives to vote, and vote for anyone but a Republican.
