One night a guy dropped my food at a closed restaurant in the WTF Wine Turkey Family Thanksgiving T-Shirt but in fact I love this next lot over at 2am in a big rainstorm and said delivered. I saw the tracker and walked over… yup there was the bag all melted lol. That was the end for me, I didn’t even complain cuz it was just to stupid. Actually fucking insane that they refer to your food being thrown on the road as a “customized delivery experience” Step 3. If support does not offer a refund, file a chargeback and attach the photos as evidence of the wrong order of if not delivered. I got to say he sure came up with a original excuse. I can’t stop laughing. I have delt with a lot of different places charging my card a lot of idiots a lot of ass***** but I honestly think I would have said keep the money that was brilliant.

Did you took a photo of the WTF Wine Turkey Family Thanksgiving T-Shirt but in fact I love this issue? They handle customer support like a goddamn champion. We don’t have it where we live now unfortunately, but when my stuff wasn’t delivered, they instantly send it out again. It’s one of those 30 minutes or less services too, so it’s wicked fast. These other companies could learn a thing or two. Customer service is what retains customers, especially when there’s competition. Uber is bigger than DD, which means DD should seriously step their game up so they don’t fall further behind.
