I absolutely refuse to deal with AMC after we went to a movie and the Womens Trampoline Queen Trampolining T-Shirt Besides,I will do this concession stand only pulled from the line for people who pay a monthly fee. Now if a movie does seem good enough to go and there’s no openings I go in the first week, prime hours and bring in my own food and drinks. Make sure to benefit the theatre the least amount possible. This industry doesn’t deserve to survive. It’s a film. It’s replayable infinite times. Fuck you if you’re going to try an act like it’s a live event or anything other than renting a public seat in a dirty public space maintained by teenagers to watch a DVD while some idiot behind you talks through the whole thing. Tbh, I’d be fine with variable pricing if that entailed things like better enforcement of the no talking/phones policy or better quality of seats.

How fucking bold is it to pull this shit during a pandemic while movies are streaming as they’re in theaters? As if I needed more reason to stream new movies… Terrible policy considering more people are staying home. This shit is just going to make streaming even more attractive. Yeaahhh I’m not paying extra for a movie that I can watch in my living room while I get high and eat as loud as I want. I don’t care waiting a couple months or weeks for streaming when the Womens Trampoline Queen Trampolining T-Shirt Besides,I will do this price isn’t so ridiculous. Well, I guess I will be watching movies somewhere else. This is akin to the current gas price increase, they want to make up for “lost profit” in the last couple years, by any means possible. Housing costs in my city are up 50% in a year. Fuck right off to companies with luxury goods who think they’re gonna get my business when they raise prices. I know a way to innovate the theater experience and bring people back! Let’s “nickel and dime” our customers even more! Lmfao we literally dragged AMC back from death and this is the rebuttal they come up with. Guess it’s time to buy some puts This is the company y’all idiots saved instead of just letting it die and making room for something better to come
