Where is it written that one human being has the Women’s Bodies Are More Regulated Than Guns Feminist T-Shirt But I will love this right to kill another? I’m sure many lifers or death row inmates would like to find out. Some say abortion is legal up to do many weeks of pregnancy. If so, then why is it considered double vehicular homicide/manslaughter when one person kills a mother and unborn child in an auto accident? Yes I have read about cases where no impairment was found. Its not always, it depends. If the unborn fetus is viable and the mother has chosen to give birth, someone else unexpectedly ending that woman’s pregnancy is a very different circumstance than a fetus that is not viable, where the mother does not want to keep it. Great news for Christians but bad news for men who feel the need to rule a woman? It’s a dubious notion because one side I feel it’s good. Another side as a man I think it’s none of my frickin business what a woman does. And if it’s mine and I got her pregnant I would definitely not be upset if she aborted the pregnancy. So it’s a bunch of personal hypocrisy and a dilemma of faith that feels to be trumped by personal rights. It would be very very easy to argue that ammunition is included under the banner of “arms” so I’m immediately throwing this article into the trash just from the first paragraph.

This discussion doesn’t matter when the Women’s Bodies Are More Regulated Than Guns Feminist T-Shirt But I will love this whole basis of it is on a lie. All decisions made by the roe vs wade have to be revised. Hopefully the discussion can move past a lie and start arguments to help the decisions made afterward. A majority of the justices on the Court are justices who were picked by presidents who received fewer popular votes than their opponents. It’s a Court literally built on minority rule, with opinions and ideologies centered around beliefs held by a minority of Americans. Honest question for everyone talking about precedent, you do know that it is not synonymous with etched in stone/can never be changed right? Have you ever heard of plessy v. Ferguson? The US constitution grants a bunch of rights, including citizenship, to those “born” in the US. The constitution says nowhere that the unborn have said rights. Alito’s argument against Roe v Wade is largely that an unborn baby’s rights are equal to that of a born citizen, but that literally contradicts what is actually written in the constitution. Here’s a quick and brief summation of what the roe v wade decision should have been. According to the tenth amendment this is a decision that is to be decided by the states. Period
