I could see a nut job like the Winnie The Pooh Stay Home And Watch Disney Movies Shirt Besides,I will do this passenger shooting at the bus as it pulled away. A dumbass like that ain’t gonna give up on the situation just because the driver dropped him off. At that point he was beyond pissed and way beyond reason. Guy didn’t pull out the gun until the driver refused to let him off. If the driver just let him off when he asked to, the security cam footage would have never shown that doing so just averted a gun fight; all anyone would ever know is that a passenger asked the driver to get off between stops and the driver just said ‘ok’ despite the fact that he’s not allowed to do so by policy. So yeah, the driver would have just eaten shit in that case. Did you watch the video or read an article? The driver asked Tobias to get off because he hadn’t paid. Tobias got angry, then pulled a gun and walked behind the driver. I live in charlotte and there was another shooting like this on a CATS bus last year. driver in that one didnt walk away with his life so i can understand carrying but it stopped being self-defense the moment he shot at him on the ground or when he got out of the bus to continue shooting as he was fleeing

I think you are crazy. The aggressor already literally shot the Winnie The Pooh Stay Home And Watch Disney Movies Shirt Besides,I will do this driver. Yes it is still self defense. The victim is not obligated to surrender and die mid battle because the momentum shifted against the aggressor momentarily. I think you are thinking of the rules of engagement in war. Go read the law some time. You can’t continue to follow someone and attempt to kill them when they are fleeing and still claim self defense, even if they were the aggressor in the first place. I highly encourage you to read instead of pushing your incorrect and immoral opinion on this case. An argument can be made that the purp still poses a deadly threat to the public as long as he has a gun. Cops can shoot a fleeing armed purp based on this very logic, and the right to self-defense actually includes the right to defend others. There are many cases where an armed purp was fleeing and a citizen shot them, without charges. I’d argue the driver firing half a dozen shots vaguely in the direction of the guy and his other passengers was a pretty big fucking threat to society but I’m not American so clearly I don’t understand that actually the driver was a totally noble hero who saved the day with his trusty gun.
