There’s no accountability in the Who Looks Outside Dreams Who Looks Inside Awakens shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this system. Nobody requires Identification or etc. We’ll never fix the homeless problem so long as we continue to allow people to just “float anonymously from shelter to shelter”. People also have to want to fix themselves. If they’ve “given up” and dont care,. it’s like that old adage:.. “You can lead a horse to water…. ” Ok I have read a lot of what regular people say about homeless people and panhandling. I’m a homeless person that used to make a 6 figure salary my wife had a stroke and as I was self employed I didn’t have the best insurance she was paralyzed on the whole left side of her body, the medical bills were almost $4,000 a month on top of house payment insurance car payments everything else utilities, and SSI denied her disability because they said she did not qualify three times in a row so in four years I almost went broke and then she had another stroke and passed away so I went off the rails and use drugs to self medicate and became homeless under my own choice I didn’t never go back to the house that she passed away in. So to current situation I am now sober of two and a half years and still homeless I do panhandle as fly sign on the side of the road and I only make what I need to make if I only need $20 that day then I make my $20 and walk away coffee and cigarettes are my only addiction to this day and I want to make sure that I have that but I cannot speak for every homeless person but every homeless person out here is dealing with some kind of mental illness just remember that next time you see one.

In California, many are getting welfare and/or other assistance from the Who Looks Outside Dreams Who Looks Inside Awakens shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this state. They can get needles free from them as well. There’s an encampment a mile or so away from our neighborhood that gets constant deliveries from a local church including food, blankets, new tents, camping gear, etc. Between that and other crimes they have been seen committing, they definitely aren’t without much. I’ve talked with a few of them and they’ve said that they live better now than when they had to work to survive. The problem is, no matter how much cash you give them, it will “always” be used on drugs very quickly. (I know a lot of homeless people are anything but drug addicts, Im talking about the “skid row” homeless) Thats why they give them food, tents and other shit thats probably crappy and everyone has it, so its unsellable. I dont doubt the get enough food, tbf I live in a dirt poor country where there is zero gvt. assistance, and poor/homeless people still get food. Restaurants will give them food, and other people give them old clothes etc.
