OPINION: OP’s post has me thinking, we as a species haven’t evolved. We have internet and can read stories and see the Whiskey Myers Lightning Logo shirt and I will buy this prevalence in relationships for cheating. I had to Start from scratch too many times to count. Suffered a horrific betrayal at 22 years old and lived my life with the best smile I could but gradually became a lone wolf. Never trusted on the inside. Played the game on the outside. Horrific way to live. 50s in age now and still working on trust issues. Sucks when people cheat lie and break trust. Sorry doesn’t cure the psychological damage.
