Just a counter view after working employee relations for 8 years- you can listen to everyone here who said they planned to fire you and just move on. My recommendation would be to look at why you are on PIP. You said they have unreal expectations, yet they hired you for the When i was born devil said oh shit competition dragon shirt so you should to go to store and get this job over other potential candidates. Is it possible that you have unreal expectations of the job? Every negative encounter is the opportunity for learning and growth. Quit your job and have a good time, but be sure to prepare yourself for what may lie ahead. Don’t be a victim! Learn to control your own destiny. I hear what you’re saying but realistically, the expectations of the role have shifted over a year and 10 months and those expectations weren’t adequately communicated to me by management.

When i was born devil said oh shit competition dragon shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Now that I’m on a PIP there are expectations that I learn how to do what they’re asking or I’m being terminated. Onboarding and training wasn’t consistent with what is being asked of me. I’ve been happy to pivot and keep learning and growing but at this point it seems like they’d rather get rid of me than spend the When i was born devil said oh shit competition dragon shirt so you should to go to store and get this time to train me and communicate about their expectations. Don’t quit. Unemployment is paid by the government. Your company pays an unemployment insurance fee which covers your unemployment if you get terminated. You will NOT get this if you quit. If you do get fired you can just say it was part of a restructuring. Start applying immediately. Even if you pass there little bullshit PIP it’ll never be a good environment. You’ll always be the guy that’s just barely making it. It’s just not the right environment for you.
