I’m not usually a tree hugger… I was in the What-We-Do-In-The-Shadows-Laszlo-Bat-shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this forrest lately, and it was a lovely experience. For me, being in a forrest is a special experience. There is some presence or something there that is so nice and calming. But there is also something that is so grand and bombastic, full of vitality, fierce. If I spend a little bit of time in there, I’m starting to wonder who or what created all these big and small things in the forrest, and how it is created with so much attention to detail. I can have a moment when I’m just awestruck by it all. That’s when I decided to hug a tree. As I heard before that everything is alive, I just wanted to check and see if I could feel something there in the tree. And to my surprice, I felt some kind of strong energy that felt very grounding. I felt the tree had a presence. Maybe it was because I was just a little receptive in that moment, or maybe I just imagined this. But I don’t think I just imagined this. In fact, I’m sure I didn’t. Just feeling the tree, I could sense that it is vibrating with a certain energy. The same energy you may even just feel walking through the forrest.

I don’t know what to make of this experience, but somehow I’m looking at trees differently now. It’s not that I think the What-We-Do-In-The-Shadows-Laszlo-Bat-shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this tree have a mind like myself or something. In my experience, the tree is just part of the whole. So the point of this post is not anything in particular. Just wanted to somehow express this. So thank you. This quote kind of resonated with me. Sadhguru: “Meditation means to know and experience life beyond the physical sphere; not on the surface but at the source.”Once upon a time there was a little tree. It found itself a special place in a beautiful forest, and with the warm winds and gentle rains, the seedling began to grow. Soon, a few small leaves appeared and the little tree spent the long summer days opening itself to the sun.
