We all quickly realized that basically everyone there was recently single, which is why we were drinking at Applebee’s in the middle of the night in the middle of the week 🤣 I have a tight friend group that chats daily and is there for the important stuff, but it’s unfortunately not realistic to get everyone together even every weekend much less daily, other than maybe if you’re living in college dorms or something. Other relationships and responsibilities tend to get in the way of seeing your 5 besties every single day – someone has to work and someone has their boyfriends’ cousins’ birthday and someone else has tickets to a concert with their other friend… it’s a lot to get five 20-something adults to organize the same free afternoon lol.
