I get how you feel dude, 23m here In good shape and single and people just default to “oh he’s gay then”. It’s ducking annoying and it sucks. It’s 2023, so what if I talk a bit a effeminate? It’s bullshit but men aren’t allowed to complain anymore so whatever I know someone who when you first meet him, you think he’s a regular guys guy who likes to watch football and throw barbecues but he’s actually not straight at all. He doesn’t dress or act like he’s gay but he is! People are so judgey… I am best described as a “soft boy” despite being a 6 foot tall, wide shouldered Italian man. I wear all kinds of clothes ranging from ripped skinny jeans, polos, khakis, graphic t shirts and pastel button ups. Between generally taking care of my appearance, having my hair dyed, and being a pretty sensitive and emotional/empathetic individual I have very often been assumed or even TOLD that I am not straight. It sucks, but people have a very stereotypical (and toxic!) idea of masculinity and the Watkins glen new hampshire event 2023 poster shirt moreover I will buy this farther you deviate from it, the more it is simply assumed you aren’t heterosexual.

Do you have gay friends? I used to get guilty by association because my best friend is gay. So people thought because we hung out all the Watkins glen new hampshire event 2023 poster shirt moreover I will buy this time we must be FWB’s. But honestly, it could be a lot of things. The way you talk and the pitch of your voice. The way you carry yourself. If you are free with emotions. If you dress nice. People will judge. The only downside is missed opportunities with girls that would totally date you if they didn’t think you were gay. With me it was slim build, vocal range, good hair and above all else, a sophisticated vocabulary. That, and cycling for fitness and HS tennis. I had this from the age of 15 to about 25. It wasn’t till I was 21 that I realised that the best response (and this was my genuine response) was to say “really, thanks” with a big smile.
