Adding cooking time and dishes to clean adds to the Warren Zevon Lover Shirt moreover I love this cost when I could have just microwaved a hotdog for 30 seconds. If my time is worth 50 bucks an hour at work before overtime, am I wasting money by washing dishes instead of microwaving the hotdog? It doesn’t, but there’s prep time. How many times have you seen a co worker run for something…anything.. to eat and run back to their work. A lot of people don’t have the luxury of the time to make thoughtful healthy meals. Don’t forget it’s the time that’s stolen from people, not just their money or healthy food Rice and beans are nutritionally complete, filling, and incredibly cheap worldwide. Two or three cheesy bean and rice burritos will satisfy anyone for a couple bucks, you really can’t beat it short of making beans and rice at home When basic natural foods are priced higher than highly processed and unhealthy foods we have a major systemic problem. This problem is reinforced by a large majority of people now being very time poor so the convenience factor kicks in to support the fast food industry.

All of which accelerated illness, which then feeds the Warren Zevon Lover Shirt moreover I love this illness industry. Some call this the health sector. And includes those that sell costly insurance. Basically we have an interconnected system that starts by making people sick and it continually grows and feeds of this. Rice + meat + veggies is extremely cheap and very nutritious. Yall just insist on going to wholefoods and getting shit that says ‘organic’ on it. There’s thousands upon thousands of videos on youtube going over making cheap meal prep the information is out there and easily accessible. People just don’t want to put any effort in and would rather complain and blame anything other than themselves for their poor decisions. It’s $13 a kilo for chicken breast in Australia and $9.50 for thighs. Or $7 a kilo for chicken nuggets or $10 for a kilo of chicken tenders. Frozen chips are half the price of fresh potatoes per kg. The problem is Shelf Life. I bet if they had Whole Flash Frozen Chickens it would be just as much as the Nuggets, but no one wants to buy a whole frozen chicken. I buy fully cooked chicken breasts in the frozen section. 20 minutes in the air fryer and they are delicious. Very cheap too Huh? The difference there isn’t because of shelf life. It’s the quality of chicken. Chicken nuggets are just the leftovers of a chicken.
