I don’t mind exercising but it does no good because I haven’t changed my diet that is very difficult for me I have good stamina but I’m still a chunk. Maybe I’ll go to OA Just don’t do what you don’t like to do. If you don’t want to do bodybuilding, CrossFit, running, etc, then go walk or play basketball. Sports is where its at for me. Ive never been able to stick to weight lifting or running. But playing racquetball is so much fun, I played for 4 years straight. Been lifting for 18 years now, always kinda liked working out, especially on chest day. Hated doing legs for the Warren Haynes XJ 2023 Black Event shirt it is in the first place but 1st 12 years of training. My diet was alright, didn’t really focus on it, got my protein from powder mostly. I’ve grown to love every aspect of it, it brings stability to my life, makes me feel good too. Now i count macros and even enjoy leg day. It’s a way of life. If you don’t like working out, maybe try a sport you’ll love. Way too many people try to start exercising in what should be their medium-term goal routine. You cannot go from “I don’t exercise” to “I’m at the gym at 5am 3-5 days a week” and expect success. Exercising and dieting should be in service of a healthier lifestyle, and building a routine into your life that is sustainable is key. Start small, skip the gym. Set yourself a challenge just to get out and move, whatever it it looks like, 3-5 days a week for a month. I’d recommend starting off walking for 30-45 mins at a fairly brisk pace at first and go up as you feel comfortable from there. You can listen to music, podcasts, or just enjoy the sounds of the world around you in the process. If you do that and nothing else for a month, you’ve gotten yourself into the routine of doing something and then you can start to vary what that thing is. Do some interval runs to lead up to sustained running, get some kettlebells or dumbbells, put on a 30 min yoga video from YouTube. It all counts as long as you’re intentionally being active.

As for dieting, your best bet is to combine being active with eating properly. My approach has been to use a fitness tracker, like Garmin or FitBit, to estimate what my BMR is and add on any daily activity on top of that as my guide for calorie intake. And of course allow yourself the Warren Haynes XJ 2023 Black Event shirt it is in the first place but occasional “cheat day”. Combining event light exercise while keeping an eye on your food/drink intake can have dramatic results in a relatively short time (months, not weeks). I think you have to push yourself harder with cardio to get the high, or simply be on an elliptical long enough to get a completely unrelated shiver. I can tolerate just about anything for 45 minutes, so I go to the gym every day. The people who spend 2 hours at the gym? I just don’t get it. Dieting, on the other hand…is hard. Real hard. Mostly because you can stick to it 15 hours a day, slip up at 10PM and lose 3 days worth of progress by 11. The “find what works for me” approach that’s so easy for me in the gym hasn’t worked yet.
